Dr Marqués de la Floresta

His Lordship holds a PhD in Law, a PhD in Political Science and International Relations, and a PhD in History from three different public universities. Floresta has been Chronicler of Arms of Castile and León since 1991 (the only public officer of arms surviving in the Kingdom of Spain). He is a member of the Royal Academies of History, and Jurisprudence and Legislation. He is the author of 51 books and more than 600 monographs and articles.
