Institute receives state recognition

The Heraldic Institute is delighted to announce that it has received official recognition in Germany.
The Institute has been recognised as an association and a not-for-profit in the state of Baden-Württemberg and has had its name entered into the relevant register, giving it the status of a charitable organisation in Germany.
This means -
- the institute has a permanent legal status
- our intentions and aims as an Institute are officially recorded and cannot be changed without state permission
- our board, finances and governance are under state scrutiny
- we function as a full-fledged charity with tax-exempt status, able to issue official donation receipts
- our official name is "Heraldic Institute e.V." - "e.V." stands for "eingetragener Verein" or "registered association”
- the Institute’s legal status is recognised throughout the European Union

Das Heraldic Institute freut sich, die offizielle Anerkennung in Deutschland erhalten zu haben.
Das Institut ist in Baden-Württemberg als Verein und als gemeinnützige Einrichtung anerkannt und in das entsprechende Register eingetragen worden.
Dies bedeutet, dass -
- das Institut ist eine dauerhafte Rechtspersönlichkeit
- unsere Absichten und Ziele als Institut sind offiziell festgehalten und können nicht ohne staatliche Genehmigung geändert werden
- unser Vorstand, unsere Finanzen und unsere Leitung stehen unter staatlicher Beobachtung
- wir arbeiten als vollwertige Wohltätigkeitsorganisation, die von der Steuer befreit ist und offizielle Spendenbescheinigungen ausstellen kann
- unser offizieller Name ist „Heraldisches Institut e.V.“. - „e.V.“ steht für „eingetragener Verein”
- der Rechtsstatus des Instituts ist in der gesamten Europäischen Union anerkannt

El Instituto ha sido reconocido como asociación sin ánimo de lucro en el Estado federado de Baden-Wurtemberg y ha inscrito su nombre en el registro correspondiente, lo que le confiere el estatus de organización benéfica en Alemania.
Esto significa que -
- el Instituto es una entidad jurídica permanente
- nuestras intenciones y objetivos como instituto están oficialmente registrados y no pueden modificarse sin autorización estatal
- nuestro consejo de administración, nuestras finanzas y nuestra gestión están bajo supervisión estatal
- funcionamos como una organización benéfica de pleno derecho, exenta de impuestos y que puede emitir recibos oficiales de donaciones
- nuestro nombre oficial es «Heraldic Institute e.V.». - e.V.» significa “asociación registrada”.
- el estatuto jurídico del Instituto está reconocido en toda la Unión Europea
